Fish is the considered to be the most important food for the people, they considered to be vegetarian. There are different kinds of fishes found in the sea, river and lake; fishing is considered to be an important business of the people. The fish is mostly used for fries. According to the fish types they have the taste in them. When the people take fish instead of other finds on flesh, it contains only the proteins that are very good for health when compared to others. When the people take chicken or beef or pork they contain fat in them. but the fish don’t have any fats. That is the person who is dieting can take fish instead of other items. The fish when is cooked in the steam they could be very healthy, since when they are fried they could have oil in them that is nit healthy one. The fish is liked by many people. They love to cook fish with different dishes that it could have extra favor in the food. The people who are living near the costal areas they have the fish as their main food, without them they could not have heir meals. The fish from the fishing regions are transported to other parts of the countries so other people could have fish in their meals.

If they find any dish is very interesting they start to recommend to their friends and relatives. They try to cook taste food for their friends and families they need to keep them in happy while they take the food. Though they love the food to eat them also try to cook and serve them in very beautiful way. The food lovers can be differentiated from others with their body shapes usually they could be little fatter than others. This is due to the eating food often. Some food lovers only love to eat foods they don’t have that interest on cooking the food. Only few people have this desire to cook and as well as to eat.

While cooking the food they should be very clean and tide, the kitchen should be cleaned every now and then, the waste food materials and rotten vegetables and fruits should be disposed from the kitchen. If they are not disposed then there could flies and mosquitoes in their homes and they could spoil the food. Then coming to the kitchen wares that is used in the cooking should be cleaned properly. Is they don’t clean them properly any dry food materials falls in the fresh food them the people could get the food poisoning. So it’s very essential to keep the dish washer clean and tide. When someone enters the kitchen when they very clean and tidy they could have a good though of that person. But if it’s in opposite way that is not clean they have bad attitude about that person. So it’s very essential to keep their kitchen very neat. Some people could have two different sets of the kitchen wares one is for the vegetarian food and the other is for the meats. At the same time the person who cooks the food should wash their hands before preparing the food and after preparing the food and always the food should be kept closed.

The pople should follow a strict diet plan in their life to lead a healthy life. If a person does not have the proper diet plan then they could have some health problems in them. According to the age the diet plan differs, for the children they need more energy so that they could grow healthy. When the people who have more weight then they should follow the diet that helps them to reduce their weight. If they don’t follow that diet chart then they could become fatter and could get some easy diseases like the heart problems, joint pains and etc. for the pregnant ladies the diet plan changes they have to take very healthy meal that is good for both the mother and the baby.
