The pople should follow a strict diet plan in their life to lead a healthy life. If a person does not have the proper diet plan then they could have some health problems in them. According to the age the diet plan differs, for the children they need more energy so that they could grow healthy. When the people who have more weight then they should follow the diet that helps them to reduce their weight. If they don’t follow that diet chart then they could become fatter and could get some easy diseases like the heart problems, joint pains and etc. for the pregnant ladies the diet plan changes they have to take very healthy meal that is good for both the mother and the baby. To have the better knowledge about the diet plan they could consult the nutritionist and follow a good diet to lead a healthy life.  There is some traditional diet found in some regions they could follow them so that they could be healthy and be smart when compared to other people.
