Food for elders

When the people grow old they should follow some strict diet in them, since they could get the diabetes and blood pressure. This very common one found when the people grow old, but when the elders control over their diet. They should try to avoid the over salt and sugar content in their food, when they consume more sweets its not good for their health. They should do some physical exercise so that they could stay healthy for longer period. When the people don’t have the control over the food they could face many problems in them. But today the elders are not aware of the diet they have to follow they take more oily foods in them and that is not good for their stomach, this could cause indigestion in them this not safe for them. They should try to avoid this kind of foods. They should take more vegetables and fruits so that they could be healthy. The people should consult the dietician so that they could change their diet that is healthy for them and they could live a life without any health problems in them.  The diet plays very important role in the elders so that they have follow them strictly.
