Curry is the additional dish that is prepared for the cooked rice or other type of bread. When they add the curry to the bread or rice it gives them excellent taste to them and the people like to have them. The curries are prepared with either vegetables or the meats. When the spices are added to the curries they give them a flavor that is liked by the people. There are different kinds of curries prepared b the people they depend on the place and the country they live. Many curries have the traditional vegetables in them, they just keep them cooking in the traditional way. When they cook in them in the traditional way the taste of them could not be changed they could taste good. There are some curries that are cooked for more hours so that the essence in them gets well mixed in the curry and give an excellent taste to them. When the people grow old they should follow some strict diet in them, since they could get the diabetes and blood pressure. This very common one found when the people grow old, but when the elders control over their diet. They should try to avoid the over salt and sugar content in their food, when they consume more sweets its not good for their health. There could be many people seen on the streets eating those foods with their friends and family members and enjoying their food. When the people enter the street they could smell good smell of different foods from chicken to the ice-cream. It is the choice of the people to select the food they needed and have them. Food lovers are the people who love food, they could not stop eating, and they keep on searching for good foods all over the world.
